Important Conditions of Service
Types of Advertising
We will host banners (image/html) and text links.We will not host pop-up advertising of any kind. We will not host interstitial link advertising. We no longer sell links.
Targeting & Approval
Adverts must be reasonably well targeted to our users. We will first approve any ads to run on the site and may in extreme cases remove them should they appear to be untargeted, inappropriate or damaging to the integrity of the site. Our judgement is final. Should your advertising be removed, you will be given a refund for the outstanding impressions.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel an advertising campaign for any reason.
Third Party Ad Servers
We do not usually have any problems with third party ad servers - such as DoubleClick or Bluestreak.
Payment
All advertising must be paid for in advance. Payment can be made either through PayPal or by direct bank payment. Should your advertising not run its entire duration for whatever reason, you will be refunded the outstanding balance.
Transactions will take place in the name of 'The Blue Web Company'.
